Üretiminin % 80’ini ihraç eden Ozerteks, üretim ve depolama ile 15.000 m2’si kapalı alan olmak üzere hadimkoy/istanbul’da üretimini gerçekleştirmektedir. Mamul kumaş üretimi ortalama 2.000.000 m2’dır.

Mevcut dokuma teknolojisi ile kadife kumas üretilmekte, viscon,pamuk,polyester,akrilik duz ve jakarli varyasyonlu desen çalışmasına müsait dokuma makinalarında dokuma üretimi yapılmakta top ve/veya iplik boyalı kumaş üretimi gerçekleştirilmektedir.

Günümüz teknolojisini her aşamada kullanan,üretim sürecinde iskon, pamuk, akrilik gibi materyaller ile döşemelik kumaş ve seccadeler üretir. Bu süreçte oluşturulan ürünlerin estetik ve fonksiyonel yönlerinin yanında,üretimde kullanılacak tüm malzemeleride özenle seçer.Ayrıca talep durumunda da kişiye özel üretimler yapar.
